By downloading or ordering any chargeable products advertised on this website (www.anawimuganda.com), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions spelt here below. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at Anawim-Uganda’s sole discretion.

By visiting this web site after any changes have been posted, you (the customer) accept all the applied changes up until your particular visit. Customers should therefore acquaint themselves with these terms and conditions whenever they visit. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal contract between you and Anawim-Uganda. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to a fan and/or a Customer of Anawim-Uganda). By visiting, browsing, shopping, purchasing products, booking, accessing or otherwise using the site or the services we offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use this web site or Anawim-Uganda’s offered services or products.

Right to Refuse Services:

For the benefit of all of our customers and the right to preserve the intellectual property rights of our material, Anawim-Uganda reserves the right to refuse anyone from making a purchase from the Anawim-Uganda website. This also applies to the re-distribution of previously purchased media/ products if requested by a returning customer. Anawim-Uganda will provide a reason as to why the re-supply might be refused, such as if there is a concern regarding breach of copyright of content/ products. Further explanation of copyright breaches can be referred to in our Terms and Conditions available on this website.

Delivery Policy for digital Audio/ Video media and Souvenir Accessories:

Full payment for these products must be received via our secure online payment gateway prior to the electronic/ physical delivery of the product(s). Once payment has been received, the customer will be emailed a URL link to retrieve the desired media or sent a confirmation email detailing any next steps. At any stage, if a customer is experiencing problems with their order, they could contact Anawim-Uganda’s sales support team via [email protected] or reach us on the phone numbers listed on our contacts page. Payments may be made via MasterCard, Bankcard or Visa. Other electronic means may be accepted by our third party payment service providers, that is, Google, PayPal and PayLoadz. Please always check before proceeding with your order.

Return Policy:

With regard to our downloadable media, that is video and audio, we DO NOT issue refunds after downloads have successfully completed. However, in the less likely event that the downloaded files arrived in diminished quality or corrupted, we would consider sending good-will copies to the affected customer. Consideration of such errors will ONLY be accepted and rectified if received within 2 weeks of the successful download.
